From the creators of South Park and the co-creator of Avenue Q comes the funniest musical Broadway has ever seen!
The nine-time Tony Award-winning Best Musical The Book of Mormon follows two missionaries, Elder Price and Elder Cunningham, who are sent to Uganda to help spread the good word and convert the citizens to Mormonism. The polar opposite duo quickly learn that their mission is nothing like they expected. This musical has been running on Broadway since 2011 and has become one of the biggest hits in history.
The Book of Mormon features a book, music, and lyrics by Trey Parker, Matt Stone, and Robert Lopez. Parker and Stone are the Emmy-winning creators of South Park. Lopez is the double EGOT winner (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony) who has written the music of Avenue Q, Frozen, Coco, and WandaVision.
The Book of Mormon is co-directed by Tony Award winners Trey Parker and Casey Nicholaw, who also choreographs the show.
