From his childhood suffering from rheumatic fever through an astonishing career, intense relationships, and some of the most iconic music of the time—he even won the inaugural Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 1959—this is just the beginning.
With a book by Warren Leight and Isaac Oliver and choreography by Shannon Lewis, it is developed and directed by Alex Timbers and designed to seduce and delight audiences, who have been coming out in droves.
